Meet upcoming artist Censorbundy, a bay area artist who’s been making music since he was about 14 (now 19). With his biggest song titled ‘ Power Dreams’.

Where’d you get the name Censorbundy?

“Serial killer ted bundy said in his final interview, that we were all just like him. Almost like we had to put on these faces for society but after dark we were really these other people. I always felt that ive had to put on a face just like many people have had to, just to fit in, or be liked or even just to not get criticized. I felt at times like i was just hiding my own bundy, i censored it, and myself; hence the name censor bundy.”

How was it like to grow up in the bay area?

“ The bay area to me was like its own personal hell. I didn't like a lot of the morals and basic take all give none mentality a lot of people i met had. Although it wasn't the worst place, as i did meet some of the best people I've had to pleasure of meeting there, overall it wasn't my favorite. I often felt lonely there, and even when i thought i had found people who could relate to me, the whole being mixed thing became more of an issue then i realized it could be i was alienated. In the end it worked out, making good friends with people like my acting manager afaq out in Modesto, (shoutout afaq) but overall I couldn't have left sooner”

What made you wanna pursue music?

“So when i was really young, my dad used to listen to My Chemical Romance, and one day he kind of just said “you’re playing my guitar” I was a 4 year old with and acoustic wanting to be a singer like Gerard. When I turned 14 I really started rapping, taking inspiration from Eminem and proof and immortal technique, battle rapping. I always wanted to be a musician just didn't know what kind until i saw how much I could express myself with rap and overall hip hop. I think it wasn't until my best friend and manager afaq pushed me to stop battle rapping and take it seriously that I really took this just as serious”

Tell us more about your latest release?

“ My latest song is 21 gun salute on my soundcloud, which is a bit of a upbeat trap song which I wanted to shout out my group from uncensored, Antisad and Danny Phantxm. I make a joke about Danny and his baby mama, since they're going to have a baby really soon.”

Whats your plans for 2020?

“For 2020, me and uncensored are all moving officially to Los Angeles, and going to focus on the music grind. I’d Personally be happy with any growth we can get, and I cant wait to meet everyone out there.”

(special shoutout to my brother afaq, there wouldn't be a bundy without ya and my parents for being so supportive)
